primary purpose of the service is to guide
students, faculty, staff and researches
at point of need to resources that accelerate
the process of identifying and retrieving
information for research, study, teaching
or personal use. Library users may be
helped to discover the rich collections
in the MUST Library, identify and use
electronic and print reference tools,
locate research material worldwide, answer
both general and specific informational
questions |

are glad to help users to refine their
queries, understand the range of available
tools for answering questions and select
appropriate resources. All users will
be treated with courtesy, dignity and

Library
Visit |
It
is possible that during preparation of
theses one may wish to visit other local
libraries. MUST Library supports the University
community to visit other libraries to
do reference |
MUST
Library will issue an admission/referral
letter to be shown to the respective libraries.
However, the permission to visit other
libraries is still subject to the policy
of respective libraries and usually students
are allowed to use the library for reference
purposes only |
Letter
will be issued to individual wishes to
do library visit and he/she must adhere
to the following: |

MUST Librarian in person or via
e-mail |
ii. |
Request
notice must be made 7 working days
before the visiting date |
iii. |
Furnish
librarian with the following details: |

will be issued 2 working days

it is wise to check the availability of
the item you want by searching through
the respective libraries’ online
catalogues (Online Public Access Catalogs
- OPACs) before deciding to visit any
other library |
